Overview:

The Midtown Houston Cultural Arts and Entertainment District, in partnership with Fresh Arts, is seeking local artists and graphic designers for the HueMan: Shelter project, part of the Bloomberg Public Art Challenge. This public art initiative challenges perceptions of homelessness by fostering collaboration between local artists and individuals experiencing homelessness. Together, they will create visual stories that reflect lived experiences, adding a new layer to Houston’s approach to addressing homelessness.

• Film storytelling project RFP: One filmmaking team will be selected through an RFP process.
• Social media storytelling project RFP: One artist or artist team will be selected through an RFP process.
