Effective 10/19/2010
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Fresh Arts Coalition website. On some pages you can make donations, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:
- Name
- Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
For your security we do not retain any credit/debit card information collected on this website.
The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself when making a donation or sending a request to complete the transaction and/or request and to send a receipt. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that transaction. We may also use this information to solicit feedback about the events, products, or services purchased.
We may also use this information to make you aware of other events, products, or services you may be interested in. When we send emails about events, products, or services other than those you have purchased, each email message contains links to easily and securely either unsubscribe from announcements of a certain type or opt-out of all bulk emails. Once you have unsubscribed or opted-out, you will no longer receive bulk emails from us unless you specifically request to resubscribe.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We do not advertise on our website and do not provide any information to advertisers on other sites.
We occasionally share postal addresses with other local non-profit arts groups. This is not common and is always on a one-time-use basis. We never share your email address with any outside person or organization for any reason.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
How To Access Or Correct Your Information
You may correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
