Fresh Arts Coalition is a consortium of small and mid-sized Houston arts organizations that raises the visibility, provides advocacy support, and helps develop audiences for its members. Fresh Arts raises the visibility of its constituent organizations through extensive advertising and strategic marketing efforts that organizations could not afford on their own. Fresh Arts´ advocacy efforts on behalf of the arts are targeted at appropriate government groups, foundations, corporations and individuals in the Houston region. FAC also generates collaborative programs and initiatives among its members by creating a forum for the exchange of programmatic ideas. Collaborative visibility efforts are bolstered by special events organized by Fresh Arts to facilitate networking among artists, organizations, patrons, supporters and the community.
